First of all, we operate on round robin system with some elements of DKPs. A person collects the points to use them on one item after which all the points are reset to 0. This ensures that everybody in the raid will eventually get an epic.
Tranq shot book is an exception. It is awarded to the hunter with highest DKP at the moment. If the hunter already has it, it goes to the next highest hunter, it does not reset DKPs.
Hunters weapons, warriors weapons....etc....will be decided by me and Chons that is, if a bow drops hunters will be given a priority on rolling on it, same goes for swords, daggers, maces, and so on.
Lava cores, fiery cores, core leather will go directly to equip regular people in FR gear. Those items will be stashed away until everybody has decent FR. We raid every Tuesday and Thursday at 7:30 pm est. We ask all our members to show up on time to ensure we have enough time inside the instance to kill.
